Cubs & Scouts
Tuesday & Wednesday Evenings
At Scouts Canada, our mission is clear: to help develop well-rounded youth, better prepared for success in the world. We do this by enabling thousands of young Canadians to engage in safe, youth-led programs in hundreds of communities across this great country. As volunteers and staff supporting these programs, our aim is to ensure Scouting remains vibrant and continues to expand it's reach: providing more youth with an opportunity to learn and to experience things at Scouts that they cannot experience elsewhere.
Join us at Wellington Park Community League for a new sporting activity each month! This is offered to all kids/kids organizations.

This is the first year in which there is a division of girls and boys teams( there may also be mixed teams.) Each team will have a player pitcher pitching to the opposite team. This is a recreational level with all players in the batting order and having A,B & C players. "A" players play the whole game while "B" & "C" players rotate in the field. Each player will have an opportunity to be a "A,B & C" player. An umpire may be provided at the games if available. Otherwise, the home team provides one. The season runs from May to June. City finals are scheduled to be played in June. All teams have an opportunity to apply to Softball Alberta for provincials that are usually held in July.
