About the event
Spring sports registration will be held at the Rec Room at the Wellington Park Community Hall.
Make sure to bring birth certificate, community membership (if you don't have one you can purchase on onsite), volunteer deposit cheque $150.00.
We accept cash, cheque or e-transfer.
