About the event
Wellington Park Community League will be hosting Softball and Soccer registrations.
Bring the following items for registration:
Birth Certificate
Alberta Health Care Card
Valid Wellington Park Community Membership
If you don't have a membership we will be selling membership on site.
Each family registering a child in a sport are required to fulfil a volunteer obligation - Bingo, Casino or volunteering at a community league function.
We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer for sport registration.
